Membership Fees

York Old Mill Tennis Club 2018 Fee Structure

Returning Members: Adult Membership: (Feb 11th – Feb24th 2018)

$200+ HST 

Returning Juniors: Junior Membership: (Feb 11th – Feb24th 2018)

$75+ HST   

 

New Member Registrations will begin February 25th 2018.

Those on the waitlist will be contacted by the YOMTC Membership Director as memberships become available.

Adults – Regular $200+ HST (Beginning Feb 25th 2018) 

Junior Regular $75 + HST (Beginning Feb 25th 2018)

 

Note: Returning 2018 Members means Adult/Junior members in good standing at Dec 31, 2017. Junior members must be 17 years of age or younger as of June 1, 2018.

 

Refund policy

  • Full refund less $25 administration fee until May 15, 2018
  • 50% refund less $25 administration fee until June 15, 2018
  • No refund after June 15, 2018

*No exceptions to club set fees

 

Guest Fees: Guests of members may play during Club Hours upon payment of the applicable fee and upon providing a guest registration form signed by the member and the member’s guest prior to play. Guests must also be registered on the Board prior to play and must adhere to these Regulations. Club members are responsible for their guest(s) and any breach of these Regulations by a guest may result in the issue of a breach notice to the member.

 

Each Club member may have up to four (4) guest privileges per year at the fee of $10.00 per day/person. Any non-member may only play as the guest of a member for up to four (4) times per year.

 

Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests’ fees are paid and that their guests are registered before commencing play. A receipt for payment, to be used as guest pass, will be issued to the guest. Failure by the member to ensure payment of guest fees and guest registration before commencing play, will result in the automatic revocation of that member’s guest privileges for the remainder of the year.
