DATE: March 1st and March 2nd, 2012
TIME: 5:00 pm to 9:00 p.m.
PLACE: Old Mill Inn "MILL ROOM", Entrance Main Canopy
NOTE: Application forms available at sign-up desk.

2012 MEMBERSHIP FEES
Adult Annual Fee: $175
Junior (under 18) Annual Fee: $80
New Member Initiation Fee: $100
Family (consisting of one or two adult parents and their junior children) Fee: One Initiation Fee, if new members.
- All existing members are guaranteed a membership if they sign up by March 2nd
- No exceptions to club set fees
- Payment by cheque to "York Old Mill Tennis Club" must accompany application, $20 handling fee for NSF cheque

Located in a beautiful setting next to the Humber River, the York Old Mill Tennis Club offers adult and junior programs, adult supervisors, full club house facilities, socials, BBQs, tournaments, intercounty teams and round robins from March to November.
